  2. Look at it this way - wouldn't you rather get the snow over with now than have it warm up to the 70s, then freeze & snow in mid-April? The way I look at it, its only going to get better after this slight detour.

  3. garden girl: NOW would be the time for a visit for sure... it is 72 here today and the weekend promises to be typical Florida mild weather.

You can come live here now and I'll come live there in the miserable summer.

BTW, I've sent a message to Mother Nature to share some sunshine with you. :-)
MMD has got it figured out if it turns out her way.

  4. Yesterday we had spring, today we had a blizzard. Now it's raining!

Happy Easter to you too :)

  5. Dee, aw, you're so generous! Thank you! Maybe I can make the rounds visiting everyone who has more spring than we have here!

Nancy, It's a deal! Do you think she'll listen to us? She seems to have her own agenda, and spring seems to be further down on her list for some than for others!

Mr. McGregor's Daughter, I don't want to be mature about this. I'm feeling like a two-year-old on the verge of a temper tantrum! Oh well, at least we're having a beautiful day before the storm. I guess I'll have to take what I can get!

Meems, I'm packin' my bags right now! I'm ready for typical Florida mild weather. And it's only fair - of course you can come here when summer gets miserable there. It's a deal!

Marie, I guess Mother Nature just can't make up her mind this time of year!

AMEN! Lots of snow on the ground this morning, sigh....I remember years past when I was outside getting ready to plant some things in April, I doubt that is going to happen this year!
