Hope your holidays are filled with love, joy, peace, contentment, and all good things. Safe travels to all who will be visiting friends and family. Stay warm! Hugs and blessings from the Lawn Man, George, the Holiday Mooses, and me.
I think your "moosen" are so cute and look so festive all dressed up for the holidays, Linda! I think Monica is on to something here--moose, mooses, meese...nothing else sounds quite right:)
Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas, too!
Thank you everyone! Monica, Moosen. . . I like that! English is such a tricky language. If geese is plural for goose, why is moose plural for moose!? I like meeses too, but that's already taken by mice.
Esther, where is the bomb? I would never intentionally have a anything like that on my blog - I'm a pacifist. I don't see a bomb from here. Please let me know where you're seeing it so I can remove it.
Oh, Linda. You will need be to arbiter now between me and Didcott. I think you might have mis-read 'side-board' for 'side-bar'. He says you are joking.
Anyway - it's round and orange and has a fuse sticking out of the top and looks as if a little flag with the word 'bang' on it might pop up if you prodded it.
Oh Esther - I read to hastily! I'm relieved! The round orange bomb on the sideboard is really a red Kuri squash - the last one left from our veg garden. It really does look like a bomb doesn't it! Please let Didcott know I wasn't joking. . . just confused. Hope you, Ming, and the boys had a wonderful Christmas!
And a very Merry Christmas to all of you, Linda. It was a pleasure to get to meet you this Spring.

ReplyDeleteHappy Chrismoose to you and yours, too! Love the moosen. (I've now decided that "moosen" is the appropriate plural!!)
ReplyDeleteMonica is too funny. Moosen! (I feel that there should also be a line through the O's but I don't know how to make my keyboard do that)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful holiday!
Have a blessed Christmas to you and your family! Enjoy the holidays.
ReplyDeleteLinda, the moose are so cute. Or should I say 'moosen'? I think Monica has coined a term we will all be using now.:)
